Since our previous post concerning business operations and the changing nature of the Scottish Government’s reaction to the Covid 19 Pandemic, we can now confirm that in line with Government instruction we have stopped all property inspections.
Whilst we appreciate our work is essential if you are selling you home, at present we view this as necessary to help protect our team, customers and our vital NHS by following Government instructions.
As of today, 24th March, 2020, we will be unable to attend a property to undertake inspection for three weeks as advised by the Scottish Government. Any inspections booked have been placed on hold until further guidance is issued.
We have moved our entire support team into home working environments and have temporarily closed our network of offices throughout Scotland.
As soon as we are able we will return to normal business operations and continue to provide our service. Thank you for your patience at this difficult time – our website is still in operation and we will be happy to quote for your Home Report so we can inspect as soon as practicable.
